Two County Storage Solutions Ltd takes confidentiality and data protection for staff and clients very seriously. Our IT systems are password protected, additional levels are applied to storage media containing personal data. IT systems contain firewalls and virus protection.
How long we keep the information
Information is only kept if it is required to manage your account or legally required. Information not required is destroyed.
Your right of access to information
You have a right of access to the information we hold. If information is incorrect you have the right to ask it to be corrected. You may also request removal of information which you believe to be no longer required.
